One dead, 6 others injured after two-vehicle collision in E Austin

One person was killed and six others were injured in a vehicle rescue early Sunday morning. The incident took place at the 3900 block of Airport Blvd.

According to Austin-Travis County EMS, the two-vehicle collision occurred around 3:11 a.m. One person was pinned as a result of this collision.

One adult was pronounced deceased on the scene of the crash.

One other adult was transported with serious, not expected to be life-threatening injuries. Five other people were transported with minor injuries.
